Terms and Agreements
To place an order you must meet the criteria set for ordering and give true and accurate information of yourself. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order in the Söpö Studio online store.
We reserve the right to cancel placed orders. A binding order contract will only be formed when we send you an order confirmation confirming the availability and delivery time of your order.
NON EU-COUNTRIES: VAT 24% will be deducted at checkout (Tax free purchase), however please note that you are liable for your country’s import duties and taxes. These are not pre-calculated in our shipping cost.
Payments
For payment we use ShopifyPay and Klarna.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Eurocard, as well as payments via the following online banks:
Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki.
Seller rights to cancel order
In the case that an item you have ordered is unavailable, Söpö Jewellery will be in contact with you. As sellers, we have the right to cancel any purchase.
Please note, the shopping cart does not reserve items until payment has been fulfilled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its provisions regarding choice of law.
Any disputes that cannot be solved by negotiations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
Söpö Jewellery has the right to cancel a purchase, if a clear and obvious error has occurred in pricing. This means the potential pricing mistake of an item online. Where the pricing of the item differs so significantly and clearly from it’s original and standard pricing that it can be deemed an error. An obvious error could be the price being 0,00 Euro, or the amount entirely missing, or the price differing from its original by hundreds of Euros.
